We think this picture is a painting and not a photography, but in any event, the 'Watermelon Mantang Hong' Radish (Raphanus sativus 'Watermelon Mantang Hong') is definitely worth a look. It's a large, 3-1/2-inch diameter round, sweet heirloom radish from China, white on the outside, red on the inside. The NGB advises slicing it and sprinkling the slices with black sesame seeds for a stylish gourmet presentation resembling a tiny watermelon. It can be harvested in 50-60 days from seed.
