Not a new plant at all but a reintroduced heirloom from 1901, this remarkable phlox ( Phlox drummondii) bears white to pale pink flowers with starry centers in shades of darker pink. It likes full sun and is beautiful in the garden or in containers. Cold and frost tolerant.
